Wildflowers I Botanical Art Print

A fine art botanical print of British wildflowers and grasses, originated using foliage gathered (sparingly) from the fields, woodlands and waters of Rutland and surrounding areas. 

Each specimen is prepared and then printed on an etching print press using relief, masking and ghost techniques. The process creates different impressions from the same foliage, including silhouette, textural and layered prints. The technique captures the plant 'in the moment' and reveals beautiful texture and detail. 

PRINTS AND FRAMING

• This is a high quality giclée reproduction print, created using fade resistant pigment inks on matte 200gsm FSE certified, fine art paper.

• The overall paper size is 30cm x 30cm with the printed area approximately 26cm x 26cm.

• Prints are provided unframed, suitable for slotting straight into a standard 30cm/12" square frame, or a larger sized frame with 30cm mount.

• Artwork is created to order and are delivered rolled in acid-free tissue paper in protective packaging - to flatten, simply pop a book on top for 24 hours.
