Bird Prints
Inspired by local bird life, this series is created using textural collagraph and monotype and collage techniques.
Natural materials, foliage, wood, tapes, textiles and grit are used, alongside etching, inking and carving techniques to create illustrative printing plates. These are then inked using intaglio and relief methods to form characterful and textural impressions.
