A new range of greetings cards inspired by nature, wildlife and rural life.
Created from original Eyvi artwork, the expanding card collection presently brings together 18 designs featuring birds, wildlife, landscapes and dogs. Following a great response at recent events, the cards are now becoming available through independent retailers, garden centres and curated gift shops, as well as directly through the Eyvi website.
Printed on beautiful premium matt card and offered with high-quality envelopes, these are cards designed to be treasured long after they've been opened.
Inspired by the Wild
At the heart of the Eyvi artwork and greeting card collection is a love of the wild things we often walk straight past.
The tangled hedgerow buzzing with life. A meandering stream surrounded by reeds. The silhouette of a bird murmuration against a skyline. Wildflowers popping up where they're least expected.
These everyday details are easy to overlook, but they tell the story of the countryside around us.
The artwork explores uplifting moments in the wild and the meeting point between nature and the human world - where foliage and wildlife sits alongside man made forms and beauty emerges from the places we least expect to find it.
From Sketchbook to Finished Print
Ideas are gathered through drawings, photographs and observations made while exploring the countryside and coast. Back in the studio, these fragments are developed through a layered creative process which incorporates collagraph and monotype printmaking together with illustration and pattern design.
